You Will Need: 2 white potatoes (about 4 cups), 6 cups chicken broth, and 2 cups of heavy cream.
Easy to Prepare: Peel and dice potatoes and place in a 4-quart pot. Add chicken broth and bring just to a boil. Add soup mix and simmer covered for 25 minutes. Add cream and heat uncovered on low for about 15 minutes. Salt & pepper to taste.
Additional Options: Add shredded chicken or crab meat. This soup can be made the day before. Add the cream when reheating just prior to serving.
