Contains: Chamomile, Chrysanthemum flower, linden flower, marshmallow root, catnip, anise, lemon balm, rooibos, rosemary, oatstraw, cinnamon, lemon verbena, orange pieces, rose petals, Kava Kava root, tulsi, gotu kola, skullcap, and passion flower. Caffeine-free. 

Steeping Instructions:
Boiling water (212 degrees Fahrenheit)
Steep 5 to 15 minutes, or more; the longer the steep, the stronger and more beneficial the tea!
