Classic Bean Soup

Directions:

• In a 4 quart pot bring  2C chicken broth and 4C water to a boil.
• Add Wildwood Classic Bean soup mix and add 1 large diced potato, 15 oz can petite diced tomatoes,  & 1C diced ham.
• Return to a boil.
• Reduce heat to medium low.
• Simmer and bubble for 20 minutes.
• Season to taste, Parmesan cheese suggested.

Ingredients: Great Northern Beans, Onion, Carrot, Celery, Green Pepper, Red Pepper, Garlic, Parsley, Bay Leaf.
